About Matt Evans

Matt Evans is courageous voice for better, more conservative government.

Matt has lived in North Dakota's 25th legislative district since 2013, where he has served on the Walcott Township Board of Supervisors, as the finance deacon for his church, and as the chairman of the North Dakota District 25 Republican Party.

Matt and his wife home-school their four children. Matt taught computer programming at West Fargo High School for three years. Matt also teaches at the local home-school co-op. He's been a featured speaker at technology events for K12 students.

Matt had a twenty-two year career at Microsoft as a Software Engineer and Engineering Manager. He secured two US Patents for Microsoft, dealing with data and artificial intelligence, and is a computer expert. After leaving Microsoft, he started his own information technology services and consulting business. He is also an owner of a small North Dakota software company.

Matt become involved in local government because North Dakota is still the best place in America to raise a family. However, radical leftists have been attacking our values and our children, and not every elected official who calls themselves a Republican is willing to fight back and defend our way of life.

Matt is fighting back.
